At Balanced By Queen B, I handcraft every product with love, care, and positive energy. Holistic creations take time, and I am a one-woman operation dedicated to making each item just for you. Please keep the following in mind:
• Processing & Shipping Time: Orders usually ship within 7 business days, some may take longer, excluding weekends and holidays. Thank you for your patience. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Tracking will always update when scanned in at the local post office and or UPS. Emails will be sent after as well.
• Handcrafted With Care: Every product is unique, and some orders may take longer than others to ensure the highest quality.
• Delivery Issues: I cannot be responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses. Please double-check your information at checkout.
• No Refunds, All Sales Final: Due to the custom nature of my work, refunds are not offered. However, I am more than happy to resolve issues with replacements or free items as needed.

Delivery Updates (local only)
At Balanced By Queen B, I personally create each product with care and love. As a one-woman operation, I take pride in making everything by hand just for you. Please keep the following in mind regarding delivery:
• Delivery Days: I typically deliver on Mondays and Fridays. Occasionally, I may deliver on other days depending on the situation, but this is not guaranteed. Most orders will take up to 5-7 business days to complete.
• Delivery Times: Deliveries are made between 6:00 AM and 11:00 PM. Please check your mailbox or front porch promptly after receiving confirmation that your order has been delivered.
• All Sales Final: As with all my products, no refunds are issued. However, I am happy to resolve any issues with replacements or complimentary items if needed.
